All custom orders are final ones shipped
custom order will be ready between 2-4 weeks .
Cancelling an order can be done within 24 hours ,
any later than that will be a 50% fee from the order total .
I am not responsible for any damage done once an item leaves my possession, including damage from dropping or not following the care instructions provided.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Orders shipped outside of Israel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient iBling has no control over these charges, nor can I (iBling) predict what they may be.
These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Shipping policy
please be patient and know I am trying my best to get your order to you as soon as I can.
Orders should be ready in 2-4 weeks , once shipped out you will get notified with tracking information.
Some items can be ship out sooner (most of non custom item).
iBling is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Shipping time does not include delivery time.
The Mail service is responsible for your package after it is out of my possession.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECK OUT
If you provide the wrong address or the mail service/carrier marks as *Insufficient Address* *Vacant* and the item(s) is shipped back to me, you will be responsible to pay for shipping a second time to have your item shipped out to you again , If you provide the wrong address and the item is delivered, i am not responsible for your lost item.
